Welcome to Havelock Island

Disconnected from any other landmass, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands of India lie in the Andaman Sea, which also embraces the West Coast Islands of Thailand, Southern Myanmar and parts of Indonesia. This remote archipelago is famous for sunny skies, evergreen forests, white-sand beaches, clear blue waters and incredible coral reefs.

This idyllic setting makes it perfect for scuba diving, but diving in the Andaman Islands is by no means recent. Jacques Cousteau described the abundance of fish and the diversity of coral and marine life around the Andaman Islands way back in the 1970’s. In recent years, connectivity to the islands has become a lot easier and Havelock Island in particular has gained popularity amongst serious divers from all over the world and also for those looking at learning to dive or even just experiencing an exotic sport once out of reach to all but the most adventurous people.

The peak season runs between October to May, but the diving season in Havelock is now considered to be all-year round (including the monsoon), allowing those with tight schedules and budgets a chance to explore the underwater world throughout the year.

At Havelock Divers, we work tirelessly to ensure that you get nothing but the best that the underwater world has to offer. Come have an amazing time diving with us.
